The Agreement
Welcome to [[COMPANY_NAME]]. By booking our seasonal or last-minute cleaning services, you're agreeing to the terms outlined below. We believe in high standards and clear communication. Isn't that what a premium home refresh is all about?
1. Appointment & Professional Access
To deliver that signature winds-inspired refresh, our team needs efficient access to your property. We require clients to provide entry details at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot. If we're locked out? We'll wait for 20 minutes, but a call-out fee may apply to cover our dedicated cleaners' time.
2. Holiday & Last-Minute Bookings
Seasonal demand is high. For host-ready cleans scheduled within 48 hours of an event, we require immediate confirmation. We'll always do our best to squeeze you in for a last-minute festive emergency, but these slots are subject to local availability in Ireland and the UK.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens. We get it. However, because our technicians are scheduled in advance, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. This keeps our staff fairly compensated for their reserved time.
4. Service Standards
We pride ourselves on excellence. You'll find our team thorough and professional. If you aren't 100% satisfied with the refresh, tell us within 24 hours. We'll return to make it right. That's the [[COMPANY_NAME]] promise.
5. Safety & Responsibilities
Please ensure all hazardous materials are secured and pets are comfortable in a separate area. Our specialists are trained for premium home care, not industrial hazard removal or structural cleaning. We treat your home with the utmost respect.
